Order Processing

Orders are usually processed within 1–2 working days after confirmation. Orders placed on holidays or non-working days may be processed on the next working day.

Delivery Time

Estimated delivery time may vary depending on the customer’s location, courier service, and external conditions. Usually, delivery may take 3–7 working days.

Shipping Charges

Shipping charges, if applicable, will be shown at checkout before the customer completes the order. Free shipping may be offered on selected products or offers.

Delivery Issues

If the customer receives a damaged or leaked product, they must record a clear parcel-opening video and contact us within 24 hours of delivery.

We are not responsible for delays caused by courier partners, weather conditions, incorrect address, customer unavailability, or other reasons beyond our control.
